Our interview process

Round 1: Introductory conversation (30 minutes, virtual)
You will hear back from us within 1–2 weeks after this round.

Round 2: In-depth conversation (1 hour, in person if in Armenia; remote otherwise)
You will hear back from us within 1–2 weeks after this round.

Round 3: Final financial negotiations (30 minutes, remote)

If we move forward, we will send you the draft of the contract within 2–3 business days.
